I'm a Senior Product Designer at Progressive, where I own the end-to-end customer experience for the Life Insurance application, purchase flow, and supporting site touchpoints. Before Progressive, I partnered with B2B companies, nonprofits, and higher education institutions to shape digital presence and brand experience.
I design with deep empathy for users and a strong eye for business impact—crafting experiences that are intuitive, visually compelling, and strategically aligned. I care about design systems, consistency, and making design-to-dev handoffs feel like a collaboration, not a hand-off.
